I'm sorry if this question has already been answered, but my search-fu has come up blank.

When I am watching a game on my computer, the screen is so large that I cannot see the bottom part of my screen. How do I shrink that?

Please note that the pop up screen I watch on is not affected by the "Zoom" function on my main screen.

I am on Windows 10
