They can get skills, but only AG skills as a secondary. e.g. It costs 6SPPs for the first random AG skill or 12SPPs for a chosen one.
Yes, I believe they can have stats. |

If I get that Tree to a third stat upgrade and roll +ma / +av what happens? I can't increase either further. Does the roll stand, or is it re-rolled? |

Yes - and it is a 2+ TTM with strong arm. It's pretty reliable getting players off the ground. The landing is the hard bit. Especially as getting +ag on a stunty is so much more difficult now.
I am doing things a bit different. I TTM pretty much every turn. Stunties are just bombs that twitch a little  .
The completed pass part only tells you part of the story - they only count if the throw is accurate. They've hurled a lot lot lot more stunties then what shows up in the data.
