Just wondering what the fumbbl community thinks about the world cup rules?

Ive got a question regarding those rules

I wonder if tourplay's preset for WC2023 treats stacking correctly

Does this mean that you can have 7 primary + secondary or total of 7 primary with 2 of them on one player? Did wording or stacking rules changed from what it was on Malta? Cause there you could have total of 8 primary skills with 2 of them on one player

Yes, with a Tier 3 team, you can have total of 8 primary skills with 2 of them on one player (with this ruleset, when you stack, you replace a secondary skill by a primary skill but you still have the same number of skills, you only have -1 skilled player because 1 player has 2 skills).
