Great to see another North American coach :D My advice would be get in touch with PurpleChest about the 145 group! its a league for starting coaches to help them with positioning and other things. I wish I would have spend time in the 145 I would be a much better coach if I had in the beginning

Thank you for the suggestion I am already in the C145 as a member but not as a participant since I rather play versus experienced coaches while I learn. I am not brand new either so I got some of the basics down even though I played versus ai for the most part rofl.

Welcome, and good luck.
It's a rough old pitch out there but stick at it, keep learning, and don't worry too much about your dice luck.
Random on cheap linos yes, on more expensive 70k lino I'm not so sure.
Enjoy!

Welcome dude, DragonBallZac told you, best idea to learn how to play BBL and how to use fummbl enviroment is to get inside 145 club, there you will find new poeple like you and more expeirenced coaches that could help you with the game, find the link below:

Welcome to the game.
If you are interested in learning I like the Andy Davos Youtube replay analysis videos where an experienced coach talks through game decisions. It's BB2 so the previous edition of rules but really that doesn't change much of the decision making.
Also the Thousand Losses Playbook and BBtactics are good reads you can find through google.

Very glad to have been the one to break your cherry! Good luck and enjoy fumbbl. And you played quite well and probably deserved a draw. Hardly the n00b!
