I agree that all the different playstyles are nice because they all have weaknesses. That is the rock/paper/scissors aspect of the game.
Well, bashy teams with six DPs is not an acceptable playstyle. There is no counter to that. There are no skills that help when you are laying down, and the point of that team is not to win a match but to wreck another team. But we all know that DP and fouling is broken in LRB 4. And that's why it was changed for LRB 5.
Sorry for the tangent.

I love the Diversity in styles of play.
There is even some variation within races.
The aspects or strategy/skill vs you own luck.
VS
Your opponents skill/strategy vs his luck.
THAT is what makes the game so much fun.
ALL styles in the hands of a competent and/or lucky coach can be a pain in the A--.
You just have to learn how to handle that strategy... or learn to lose well. NOTHING is fool proof or unstoppable.
People that call a certain style boring or lame are just being sore losers. And I can't say I haven't been there by getting beaten by the same LAME tactics over and over again.
The thing is I've LEARNED how to STOP those tactics AND how to USE THEM. And WINNING ISN"T LAME OR BORING.
