There are 2 2nd ed human chainsaws, neither were actually called helmut wolf.
As for the 2nd ed troll and goblins, also look at 3rd ed warhammer trolls and goblins. Likely to be cheaper and similarly designed.
Using the styrofoam pitch for lrb games!!! Well it's totally a different size, so that isn't a great idea.

Try ebay mate, there's plenty on there.
Also, PeteW was trying to sell some dice, but they may already be sold.

While I appreciate and agree with your love of 2nd ed minis, these days it's often easier to go with independents:
Go visit http://www.impactminiatures.com for pitches, dice etc. Their fabric playing mats are awesome.
If you're after 2nd ed minis then the for sale section at http://www.talkfantasyfootball.org is usually a good resource, or indeed ebay. 2nd ed trolls aren't too common (at least in my experience) though.
Neomics miniatures http://www.neomics.de (I think that's the right address) do some nice trolls though, as well as an awesome Goblin team. I think they have Halflings planned too.
Impact doa a range of Gnomes who'd make fine Halflings, or they have Undead halfling "Deadlings" if you fancied buying an Undead team at the same time as buying your Halflings. They have trees to match.
Re: 2nd ed chainsaws - the human one is generally accepted to be "Helmut Wulf" (as the Chaos Human KKK-alike is accepted to be Max Spleenripper. I call my chaos guy Charlie.)
There were several other 2nd ed chainsaw players - Flint Churnblade and Ugroth Bolgrot for two, though they are of course a Dwarf and an Orc).
