As you might have heard, a few weeks ago, a tabletop blood bowl event took place in Alicante. Team Fumbbl was in full swing, boasting not just one, but two squads jam-packed with top-notch coaches and, more importantly, all very lovely people. Personally, this all took place during a particular stressful time in my life, and having this event to dive into was like a much-needed breather.

Now, rewind to last summer when we were gearing up for the World Cup. We figured, why not treat ourselves to some swanky BB gear? Enter the dice cups. A few more Fumbbl'ers joined in and soon we had a whopping order of over 30 cups … well within time to get everything sorted for a grand Fumbbl meetup in Spain.

Well, turns out Nuffle had a different plan and we rolled a few Tripple Skulls, Snake Eyes and even missed the 1/9 hail mary play to save the drive… the manufacturer decided to put the cups in the mail on Saturday before the Alicante WC. This was obviously too little time for them to be delivered in time. We tried to get the dice cups to the event via overnight shipping services, however, they got stuck in customs despite our many Bribery & Corruption attempts *Insert Collective Facepalm here*

Fast forward to now, and I'm happy to report that all the dice cups are on their way and set to arrive before Christmas, at least for our Europe-based coaches. *phew*


But here's the real kicker and the reason I'm writing this post: Fumbbl, you're one heck of a community. The patience and support we got during this whole dice cup saga were nothing short of amazing. A lot of you offered to pay extra for shipping or showed your support by carrying and distributing cups at local events
