Always loved Blood Bowl since I got introduced to it around 6-8 years ago. Used to play a fair bit at Fummbl 5 years ago in some funny leagues and tried 1 or 2 ranked major qualifiers. Got back to the site now in January and have been playing tons since and made up my mind to try out some tournies and today was the day for my first anticipated game ever in the Royal Rookie Rumble.

Matchup my Norse (Those Swedes) against Diceskills Skaven team. I go thinking for myself.
-hey I could win this, not the worst team to face for my Norse.

I stirred something with that thought, an uncontrollable raging monster. Obviously none else than nuffle himself as my eyes got accustomed to the horror infront of me, as the skaven acted as if they were a good old fully equiped razor sharp claws/claws chaos team from the days way back. I saw as the two skaven blitzers got themselves both skilled merely on cas on their first ever game, 0 spp rookie blitzers? I'd rather say invisible plombers!

Towards the end I found myself cheering for the onslaught and cried out in joy as the Swedish Prime Minister fell victim at the very end to the bringers of death.

39 blocks 8 cas and 3 knockouts later the skaven had thrashed us with 5-1.


I've in my days seen far bloodier games here at Fumbbl, especially in a stunty league where the sole purpose of the league was to maim and kill to get points. But at TV1000? No Nope, this was new to me and highly entertaining even though I drew the short straw this first time around. How could I not sign up for more tournies with this madness going on?
