New project for 2016
So ive been playing about with an idea in my head...
I love BB, painting and chess so I'm planning on making a BB chessboard and chess set...
I need some creative ideas from you guys... Basically I am thinking
White:
Pawns - Halflings / Human Lino
Rook - Dwarf Longbeard
Knight - ?
Bishop - ?
Queen - Wardancer
King - Griff Oberwald
Black
Pawn - Gobbos / Orc Lino
Rook - Chaos Dwarf Blocker
Knight - ?
Bishop - ?
Queen - ?
King - Varag Ghoulchewer
I have been considering Human vs Orc, Good vs Evil, Living vs Undead etc.
I am planning on making the board like a BB pitch.
So I am looking for suggestions as to what I could use

Nice idea! On the white side: Knight could be a Wardancer (leap). Queen could Big Bertha (ogre star player - ogres are good guys!, very strong and mobile). Bishop could be pro elf blitzer (side step = diagonal move). King has to be Morg, obvs :)

King: The lone ball carriers holding a ball, Human Thrower and Khemri Throw-Ra.
Queen: Best expensive pieces, everyone knows it's the Wardancer and Bull Centaur.
Rook: Good workhorses for a good team, Amazon Blitzers and Necro Werewolves.
Bishop: Fast, effective, agile pieces, Pro/High Elf Catchers and Dark Elf Blitzers.
Knight: Slower, but good from the start, Troll Slayers and Chaos Warriors.
Pawns: Weakest pieces that fill their team, Halfings and Goblins.
