Citing a massive increase in scoring (and improvement in defense), coach Satyris today praised the Face Blottaz for their pluck and spirit in raising the bar on their performance under their former organization as the Damp Tea Towels.

"We've scored six TDs in our first ten matches, an increase of six TDs over the historical performance of the squad," said the proud coach. "At this rate, by the time we've lost more games as the Face Blottaz than as the Tea Towels, we'll have scored at least a hundred TDs, never mind the three or four wins we will statistically have to rack up in the course of so much play," he opined optimistically.

It remains to be seen whether the new all-greenskin lineup can actually win matches, but Satyris advised taking things slow. "This is a truly dynamic squad, and I wouldn't want to short-circuit the progress we're making by setting the bar too high for ourselves."
