A sad day for team Of Mice and Mangling--in the pouring rain, Algernon, the star (and only) Gutter Runner (with +AG) attempted to dodge away from a Sounds Like Elf player and go for the score. However, the elf got a hand on the unfortunate rat's tail and gave a good yank, because the normally agile rat fell face first into a puddle and promptly drowned. Even sadder, because of the pouring rain, Of Mice and Mangling's team apothecary couldn't get across the field in time to revive Algernon. The Of Mice and Mangling team members probably would be more demoralized if they didn't have tiny rat brains.
