Hail!
Welcome, oh boy, are you in for a ride :D
...don't get discouraged - the coaches here are truly among the best in the world, even the lower ranked ones, so be prepared to lose quite a bit at first.
Try the Academy division and the 145 Club (see league forums and Kodah's blog for details). They're tailored for new coaches just learning the ropes.
And most of all, don't let bad luck with the dice bring you down. Have Fun! :)

Welcome.
We lack the fancy graphics, but make up for it in community environment and sociability. Plus, here you'll find players to learn from (who actually know what they're doing).
Create an Academy team, join the IRC channel #fumbblacademy, and hop in! Mention you're new to the game and someone will help you out.

Welcome. A newbie posting a blog is like chum in the water ;>
Looks like people have made some good comments below, the only thing I will add is I recommend reading all the links in the help section. Especially the links on getting started and the racial strategy guides. Those helped me a lot when I got started.
Hope you enjoy FUMBBL as much as the rest of us \o/

Welcome, the LRB5 client is still in production so make sure you read up on LRB4.
There are some important differences the biggest being that you want to start with high Fan Factor. I see your chaos has done this, the help section is your friend and has loads of good info.

Hi & welcome to Fumbbl! :D
I second the flushing of the xbox game. Actually, I don't think the game itself is that bad, but Fumbbl clearly has a huge edge in terms of the different divisions for open play; the large and friendly community; and not least the vast array of different leagues and tournaments you can join.
