Stop challenging my Flings/Gobbos with bashy teams.
It seems that almost every time I log on to mIRC, and sit around for more then 5 minutes, I'm bound to get a message from someone offering to play my Halfling's with an assortment of bashy teams. I usually get a kick out of it, make fun of the person a little bit, and call it a day, but recently, people seem to be getting offended by it.

Where do they get off thinking that I want to play against Tackling, Blocking, Thick Headed, armor 9, Dwarves... who at this point, ALL have guard, mighty blow, or some bogus skill.

I don't care if your a noob, and you don't know any better, that's why I laugh at half the people. But what I love is when I get some 170+ CR coach asking it. Cherrypicking is fun, but have a little bit of a guise.

Ranked=Cherrypicking
Deal with it or go play Blackbox

If you don't want people to challenge your flings/gobbos, don't put them on gamefinder.

If you habitually turn down teams that might hurt them it might be a bit hypocritical to call others pickers, when actually your own behaviour seems quite similar...

Also: I prefer Ranked to Blackbox. If you want to call me a cherrypicker for that, feel free. But to say that one division is "better" than another is simply silly in my book.

the problem with playing flings/gobos in the box is then this discussion comes full circle...once they get up to TR160 or so, a leap of faith, then all they face are the AV9 blocking, tackle, rsc/claw beasts, and thus back to gamefinder you go.

Yes, cherry picking (and sneak hiring) should be Banned!

FAEL much?

Do you offer people games on gamesfinder? If you do you are a cherrypicker. Because we all try to pick games we feel we have a chance of winning.
I think pythrr has your number. ;)

Well picking is not practical to ban really but sneak-hiring definitely should be.

If you advertise a team looking for a game, don't be surprised if people want to take up your offer.

Well, I put my gobbos on GF and usually have to wait very long before someone challenges them although I play against everyone on a first come first served basis.

Seems the problem is you, not your gobbos/flings :D
