I don't like the original idea by DonTomaso, for reasons that were already bring forth by him and also Melmoth.
This gave me an idea however for something that just might be doable. I very strongly doubt Christer would ever do even this, but you never know, so here comes the idea: Healing Potion Lottery for Donators.
Every three months there would be a lottery for one healing potion. In the lottery would be every coach that had donated in the three months (say Jan/09-Mar/09). Doesn't matter if you donated $1 or $100 in that three month period.
Perhaps the lottery potion should also be less potent than the 1,000,000 games potion, so that it would only remove one injury, not all.
Would this increase donations to FUMBBL? Certainly not as much as in DonTomaso's idea, but I'm sure it would have some effect nevertheless.
