Vampires... at last... a team with class
My first on-line team has been created, I'm pretty eager to start playing Blood Bowl.
I am aware that Vampires are not easy teams to play: despite the easiness of choices in the players section (just 2 types of them, Vampires and Thralls), the negatraits are quite crippling compared to the advantages. Still... Vampire counts were my first choice in WHFB and so it will be for Blood Bowl... and what would it be a game of Blood Bowl without Vampires.
Enjoy and may the toughest win ;).

You might find Academy a little slow currently - and also Vampires a little rough for a first team, they're tricky to use! If you struggle to find a game, be aware that the new client goes 'live' on the 15th, and that division will get a surge in games played.
But either way, all the best.

Welcome to the site, dont wory if you get absolutely destroyed for your first few games, most of us did plus vamps are on of the worst teams about

Loves me my vampire teams! Seriously though, they take a while to develop and the frustration factor can be quite high.
Also, if you're new to bloodbowl expect to get clobbered for a while :)

vampires teach you not to be so fond of your players.
I'd advice you to wait until saturday and then create a team in the new FFB-Blackbox division. Easy to find games with the newest ruleset (not that with vampires is any hard to find games anyway...)

if you are new to bloodbowl as well, I suggest making an orc team too. orcs require less sophistication of strategy and rules knowledge.
The vampires are rather unforgiving for those on a learning curve.
