This is a testing group for us to play test matches using the NATC rules for 2017. Currently the setup is 4 normal, 4 double. This allows all tiers to play. I have some testing to do to confirm what the higher tier teams need to do to follow the ruleset.

If you are tier D and want inducements - leave the space in your treasury you can pick prior to game.

Tier D - 8 skills (up to 4 doubles)
