A sister group to BB7s that is for running non-progression (resurrection) version of tournaments.

Inaugural Tournament is:

HDBC STAR PLAYER SHOWDOWN
Rules as regular 7s, but with tiered races, and skill packages, and a free 500k in inducements each game.

Note only one of each race to be allowed, for diversities sake!


Team Creation Rules:
Same as in BB7s you have 600k to buy a minimum 7 man roster, no more than 4 positionals (players with less than 0-11 allowed).

Additionally there will be 500k granted in inducements each game (mainly for the purpose of buying star players, but I guess you can spend it on other things if you want...)

The skill packages will be:
0:3N,3:2N, 5:1D|0:2N1D,3:1N1D, 5:1D|0:3N1D, 3:1N1D, 5:1N1D

Which means:

Tier 1 teams: Round 0 = 3 normal, at round 3 add 2 more normals, at round 5 add 1 double
Tier 2 teams: Round 0 = 2 normal and 1 double, at round 3 add 1 normal and 1 double, at roundd 5 add 1 double
Tier 3 teams: Round 0 = 3 normal and 1 double, at round 3 add 1 normal and 1 double, at roundd 5 add 1 normal and 1 double

The races are tiered as follows:
Tier 1: Amazon, Chaos Dwarf, Dark Elf, Elven Union, High Elf, Human, Necromantic, Norse, Skaven, Undead, Wood Elf
Tier 2: Chaos Chosen, Chaos Renegades, Dwarf, Khemri, Lizardmen, Nurgle, Orc, Slann, Underworld, Vampire
Tier 3: Goblins, Halfling, Ogre

My tiering is slightly arbitrary and not NAF sanction.
