Entry and General League Rules and Requirements:
The ruleset is the standard FUMBBL ruleset with no alterations.
To start out teams must be a brand new Goblin or Halfling team built from the FUMBBL league section, with upto 1000K starting TV.
Each round is played over the course of a week, you will be prompted on the 6th day by the T.O if your game is still unplayed. If your game still remains unfinished after day 7 we'll have to sort something out. If neither player has been able to make the game, an extension will probably be allowed. If one player is unable to play, it is best to find time to enter the game and forfeit so the opponent can gain the SPP. If that can't be done, then your game will be forfeited by the T.O. If this happens twice in the league then it's unlikely you will be invited to another season, also, in this event you will lose one league point.
Although each round is played over the course of a week, a new round begins immediately after the last game of the previous round is played. i.e: if all players play their round 1 game on day 1, Round 2 begins immediately afterwards, so you have a week from then to get that game done. If you want to move ahead and play games from your next fixture before the end of the previous round, that is permitted, i.e. you may find that it's possible for you and your opponent to play a round 3 game in week 1 (because you've steamed ahead or you've just got extra time that week, whatever). Some players however may still be in round 1, week 1, in this instance it may mean that you're waiting a couple of weeks for your round 4 game. The league is designed this way as it seems a good way to get things moving.
Arranging games:
Arrange games with your opponent through messenger on FUMBBL or WHATSAPP or whatever. No real need to involve the T.O.
Points:
Points are awarded like so:
3 for a win
1 for a draw
0 for a loss
No points are awarded for casualties.
The league is determined on points and if the points are equal after the final game, the TD difference will determine the final league standings.
End of Season:
At the end of the season coaches of teams from the bottom half of the league may choose to retire their team and start anew. This however will mean playing against more experienced teams in the following season.
If you finish in the top half of the league or choose not to retire your team, please do not develop your team outside of "It's a Gobbfling Thing" during the end of season downtime. Your team will be checked for number of games played when the new season commences and veteran teams with more games than their than the number of fixtures in the league will most likely be refused re-entry.
Forfeit:
If you forfeit a game from within the java script this will count as a loss.
If the T.O has to forfeit your game for you, it counts as a loss and you will lose 1 league point.
Most important rules:
Do not abuse eachother in any way. This will result in your team being removed from the league and the Coach being reported to FUMBBL admin.
And Finally, have fun. We're all here for a good time. So just enjoy yourselves and good luck.
Let's play Bloodbowl!!!
