1,100k gold to build roster

1,000k of petty cash is given for inducements. Any inducements chosen must be written in a Team's Bio and must be bought with the 1,100k for roster building.

No mercenaries (giants are allowed, but sadly not supported on FUMBBL)/special play cards/star players/named referees or coaches

After spending your 1,100k on your roster you may add additional skills based on your team's tier:

TIER A
Humans, Chaos Dwarfs, Dark Elf, Dwarf, Norse, Orcs, Amazon, Shambling Undead, Skaven, Underworld, Necromantic Horror, Vampires
- 7 skills max 1 secondary

TIER B
Black Orcs, Imperial Nobility, Khorne, Slann, High Elf, Elf Union, Lizardmen, Wood Elf, Tomb Kings, Nurgle, Old World Alliance
- 9 skills max 2 secondaries

TIER C
Snotlings, Halflings, Ogres, Goblins, Chaos Renegades, Chaos Chosen
- 9 skills max 3 secondaries

- Players must stack 2 skills for each upgraded player
- 1 player is considered the Most Splendid and must be given 3 skills up to a maximum of 6

One player during roster creation with no additional added skills is determined to be the Whipping Boy for the team; this player gains: Iron Hard Skin, Stand Firm, AV 11+

Due to the Restrictions of FUMBBL, we cannot use the event's special Kickoff Event PENANCE OF SLAANESH nor the B.E.A.S.T. special Kickoff Event BOOBY TRAPPED ENDZONE.
