Team Retirement Rules:

You may retire your team at any point during the season. You may only retire one team per season.

The replacement team is allowed to play a number of "practice" games up to half of the games the former team had played, rounding down. Those games cannot be against other teams in this tournament, obviously. The games must be played competitively against teams of similar strength ratings. Those games must be played seriously. There's no free lunch here.

The new team MUST replace the old team, regardless of the outcomes of the practice games. If the new team gets a butt whoopin' worse than the old team... too bad.
