- Coaches Poll points will be based off of the the number of teams in the League. First place will get the highest number which will be the number of teams in the league. Second place and so forth going down will receive the next highest number till all points are assigned.

Only the following Bowls are available and will be filled based on those who qualify.

<b>Player Eligibility</b>
To keep the college theme going, each player will gain a year of enrollment for each season played.
Every player starts as a freshman, and after a season is over, goes to sophmore, then to junior, then senior. After their senior season the player graduates or turns pro and must leave the team.
<b>Red-shirt Freshman</b>
<a href="http://s199.photobucket.com/albums/aa302/pml97/?action=view¤t=REDshirt.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i199.photobucket.com/albums/aa302/pml97/REDshirt.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>
This rule is for those players who fit the following guidelines on teams.
They do not lose a year of eligibility for their team and will be considered a Freshman for their second season. You can only be Red-shirted your first season and only one time.
- If player receives 0 SPP in their freshman year they are considered a Red-shirt Freshman
- If a player is picked up for only a bowl game they are considered a Red-Shirt Freshman
- If a player is injured in the second to last game after just being purchased and would miss a bowl game or the last game of the season they are a Red-Shirt Freshman regardless of SPP received. (Medical Waiver)

- <b>The Hammer</b> is awarded to the most outstanding college football player.
<b>FOULING</b>
Since this league is based on competiveness rather than team-killing, try to limit your number of fouls per game. Games with 4+ fouls are unsportsman-like in a college atmosphere. We want to watch the playmakers make plays! Also, this means you won't need more than 1 DP on your team. Remember, keep it clean and family friendly, since you are on national TV!
- * 3 Fouls per game Limit * -
Penalty: If you have already done 4 or more consider your team on Academic Probation. You are now being given a final warning for your players and coaches low level of intelligence. Any further abuse of fouls "4 or more" will result in an automatic bowl game suspension.
This means that due to your players low grades you will not be able to play in any bowl games for the current season. Also the NCBB has sanctions against teams with poor student Athletes as a result of this the team will lose one scholarship meaning you must cut one player from your team.
A second infraction means every player involved in fouling over 3 will be cut from the team.
I wil notify all teams who are on Academic probation so it is clear who needs to clean up their dirty programs.
Flagrant violations of this rule for team destruction may result in team expulsion.
<b>Unlimited Fouls for Stunty Teams
NO STARS and NO WIZARDS except for Stunty Teams
One DP per team except Stunty
One RSC/Claw combo per team</b>
<b>Conference Tie Breakers</b>
For Conference Play Head to Head will be the first tie breaker.
Second Tie Breaker Overall Record
Third Tie Dice roll in NCBB Channel
<b>Forfeits</b>
Forfeits will be assessed strictly on the week deadline date. Forfeits will be assigned based on communication to the League Commisioner about scheduling conflicts. If one team does not communicate they will be deemed to be the problem.
Multiple forfeits may lead to expulsion at the discretion of the Staff.
Teams that deliberately forfeit games will be removed from the League.
<b>Rivalry</b>
Before the start of each season coaches may submit secret ballot to the Commish about a declared rivalry vs another team or teams.
If the other team also submits a vote saying that they want a rivalry with said team their games will be played with no rules of any kind.
In order for there to be a rivalry teams must submit the reason why they will have a rivalry and their Team page must have fluff to support their reasons.
There are no rules for these matches.
Stars, Wizards, and unlimited fouls are open for these matches.
Teams may have multiple rivalries.
<b>Season 4 Rivalries</b>
No Rivalries declared for Season 4
<b>League Voting</b>
All coaches <b>must</b> submit ballots for league voting.
This league is about participation not just games.
There will be a warning given the first time a team does not vote and their warning will be listed on the league page.
Each additional vote that is not placed will result in a -.50 BCS point used for tie breakers should a full point not be received.
Multiple times in which a team does not vote during the season may result in expulsion for not being involved in the league.
