” The start of the Ordo Invictus Blood Bowl League ”
“This first season of the Invictus Private has been quite thrilling to follow. Every battle has been tense and fierce right from the very beginning, and no one was able to say who would come out on top until the very last clash. Every team has been fighting some darn intense matches and it makes me proud to see this much enthusiasm burning in the hearts of the Ordo Brothers. I must say however that this season has seen some fights that worry my honourable old soul. Some teams, I will not mention any names, has been applying a rather harsh approach to the game. I might be getting a bit to old and be a little too fond of elf ball but i must repeat the word taught to me as a young knight; A battle lost with honour is ten fold worth a battle won in shame On top of all this I will like to express my sadness to see the United Counts disbanded. Nuffle has really had his bad eye on the poor vampires. And being hit by 3 deaths in one season is a bit too much for most teams to endure.”
“And now! Lest hold our breaths no more and praise the Champions of the first official O.I.P.C! A huge congratulation to this seasons gold winners! The persistent norsemen, Njord’s Marauders! and to the Silver Sword Champions Ormormi who really showed us how fierce the powers of chaos can be.
And with the swords handed to their rightful owners, I give my thanks to everyone for participating and hope to see you all again for the next season.”

Welcome to the first Ordo Invictus Elfball Challenge!
The first match in this exciting tournament sees the Honors of the Asur, a high elf team coached by ZaranVI, versus Tiranoc Chariots, an elf team coached by Adun
The match started off with the Chariots doing the kick-off. As the ball flies through the air, the Asur are quick to start moving. Almost before the ball lands in the endzone, they are already pushing and shoving the Chariot linemen back. Knocking over two, and sending one back to the dugout, they create a small hole, but their thrower fumbles the ball as he tries to pick it up. The chariots see the opportunity for laying some pressure on the ball, while their linemen show that they're not afraid of playing dirty, stunning an already prone lineman. In the meantime, the Asur thrower succeeds in picking up the ball, and passes it forward to the catcher, who moves forward, closely protected by his teammates, but the Chariot blitzer manages to knock him out, the ball dropping out to the crowd who throws it to the other end of the field. Here, it's quickly picked up by a Chariot catcher. Being pressured by Asur linemen and thrower, he throws it to the chariot thrower, who makes the touchdown. After the kickoff, the Asur catcher quickly gains control of the ball, and manages to slip right through the Chariot defense for a quick touchdown. The rest of the half is spent just throwing the ball around a bit.
The second half starts with the Chariot blitzer making a quick move right through the Asur linemen in the left part of the field, making an almost unopposed touchdown. The Asur, now feeling the pressure of the 2-1 score, tries to run the ball up the side of the field, but he stumbles and drops the ball as he tries to blitz through the Chariot defenders. The Chariots quickly snatches the ball and runs forward. It seems like a safe touchdown, but the catcher with the ball hesitates, while his team makes a couple of unsuccesful blocks. An Asur catcher manages to gain control of the ball, but he is quickly blitzed by two Chariot linemen, while the catcher gets up and goes for the endzone. As he gets there he turns around, just in time to catch a perfect pass from the thrower, making the score 3-1, and at the same time ending the match.
This concludes the match report for the first match of the O.I.E.C! Tune in next week, when the Tiranoc Chariots meet A Form of Hope, and the Honors of the Asur meet Attack of the Killer Lollies in two matches promising much excitement!
