Tonight saw the most bloody game of this season: Snotcrushing Nightstalkers met Mummies on Fire - and were repelled! The skaven suffered 6 casualties: 2 BH, 2 niggles on Gutter Runners, -1AG on a thrower, and death on another Gutter Runner, Joggins Boggins! He was killed by Zombie Keliom with a vicious foul. Too many players were standing around the scene so the referee couldn't punish it. May he live long in our memories! He scored 5 touchdowns while playing in FLOP and completed 3 passes. On the other hand they should not complain: Cruthrkon Zargzarn started the hard way by killing Lucie, a killer Ghoul with Block, Dodge and Jump Up. Lucie scored one touchdown, one casualty and one completion while playing in FLOP. Rest in piece, little Ghoul!
The match ended in a 2-2 tie. Although this was the first game in FLOP the Nightstalkers didn't win that was of little importance as they already booked their ticket for the final. Much more important is the bad shape the team is now in. Let's all hope Melrakki and DanTheMan will play their matches against the skaven side so they have a chance to recover before the final!

This evening Nuffle demonstrated who he loves and who he doesn't! Seattle Survivors won over Connecticut Thunder with 3-0. Looking at TR of both teams showed that this match up wasn't exactly a fair one - but Nuffle decided to pound the Darkies into the ground. Backlash couldn't do 2+ dodges (he failed more than he completed!), couldn't pick up the ball, had crappy HC (palmed coin, smelling salts) and his KOs didn't return to the game dispite smelling salts. Backlash was very fair and didn't complain or whine, but I'm sure it wasn't exactly fun for him. Well, although I won it wasn't exactly fun for me, too!
<11-16-2007>
Tonight saw an entertaining and close match in Spike! division. Wolfiestein 3d met Seattle Survivors. On paper, this was a clear win for the Orcs, being 43 points up in TR. But the necros got lucky with the handicaps: "Doom and Gloom" left the Orcs with only two RR for the first half, while "Duh, where am I" rendered Sasha Triplesnot almost useless (until he was BH'd, that is). The Orcs also failed their only niggle roll for Blastikk Painspear so things were a bit levelled.
First half saw Seattle receiving and cursing the dice for seven turns (not to mention their bad play!). They were down 0-1, no RR left, only the ball carrier (Razag Runswift) in scoring range. Having no other chance but takeing the risks he dodged twice (5+, 3+) and went two GFI to even the score.
Second half started with Wolfiestein receiving. They ran the ball upfield but finally were stopped by a tough Survivors' defence. With enough RR for this half and decent dice rolls (and less coaching mistakes) they finally won 2-1. The game was much closer than I thought and spiggle really did his best to capitalize on my mistakes. In the end I think it was the superior skills of the Orcs and the lack of rerolls on the Necros that really made the difference.
That result leaves WANYAN with only marginal chances to reach the final: Seattle have to lose all their remaining games, and the Humans have to win theirs plus have to score 30 SPP with their talent more than the orcish blitzer Runswift. Perhaps a kill on him might help?

2nd meet started
The last round of Season 1 has been started. Deadline is Dec. 2nd. Let's hope I don't have to forfeit more matches! So, get ready to rumble, get your games played!
Information regarding season 2 will follow soon!

End of crossdivisional round!
Sunday night at 24:00 BB time the crossdivisional round had ended with a clear winner: Only one team could win all of it's games and Snotcrushing Nightstalkers did! Congratulations on this.
Due to seven(!) games that were not played lots of free points have been dealt. The current situation shows that the Nightstalkers have already booked their ticket for the overal final. In Spike! division the Survivors are almost through, one more win should be enough. However, WANYAN still can conquer the top spot. Due to all those forfeits in the crossdivisional round they now have a stronger team than Seattle Survivors.
<11-02-2007>
Another team completed its crossdivisional round: Mummies on Fire won over Connecticut Thunder with 2-0. Their promising talent Berrie scored a touchdown in this game bringing his team's crossdivisional score to 69 and its overall score to 99.
<10-31-2007>
In a bloody mess Wolfiestein 3d left the field after they were walked over by Mummies on Fire in tonight's match. They did not only lose 0-3 - the also suffered to dead zombies and a MNG talent. At least they earned 60k income so they might replace a zombie.
The Mummies' talent, Wight Berrie, scored two touchdowns making this match worth 36 points for his team! These points let the Undead side advance to second place in NBC division.
<10-31-2007>
And another coach joined FLOP: Please give Lino69 and his Norse team, the Norscan Barracudas, a warm welcome. I'm quite sure he'll be looking for build up games for his brand new TR 100 team so... ;-)
Update: Norse Team has been replaced by the Lizardmen team Lustrian Crox.
<10-31-2007>
Please welcome ChangoLoco - another coach willing to join our merry little league. He's been put onto the waiting list under reserve as he applied with an Undead team and we already have one. If we get enough teams for season 2 for at least one more division this won't be a problem. If we still get together only two divisions we will have to see what to do then as I don't want teams to play the same race.
<10-24-2007>
62.000 fans saw tonight's clash between WANYAN and Barak Varr Bad News Bears. Being down 29 points in TR the Bears had no chance and lost 5-0! Tanner Boyle, the Dwarves' talent, got MVP of the match while his counterpart Naniel Kaite scored 3 touchdowns to make this win worth 39 points for his team. The humans have now left both Connecticut Thunder and Wolfiestein3d behind and claim number 2 spot in Spike! division.
<10-23-2007>
Tonight NBC divisionalist Mummies on Fire met Spike! division's WANYAN. Despite inflicting 4 cas (as per the matchreport) the Undead side couldn't make it to the endzone and lost 0-2. With their first win (and their talent Naniel Kaite scoring another SPP) the human team is now only 1 point behind divisional rival Wolfiestein 3d who are on 3rd place, and only 2 points behind Connecticut Thunder (2nd place). A close race for second position! In NBC division nothing has changed as the Mummies' talent Berrie is still waiting on his first SPP.
<10-22-2007>
The first team has played all its crossdivisional games - Snotcrushing Nighstalkers won 4 out of 4 games, scoring an unbelievable 14 - 2 touchdowns and 141 - 8 league points. Congratulations for a superb round. To all the other coaches: Get your games played! NoeL surely does not want to wait three weeks now before being allowed to play all his other matches!
<10-19-2007>
Tonight we saw two games. In the first one Snotcrushing Nighstalkers easilly walked over Wolfiestein 3d with 5-0 and Baddo Smallcake scoring an unbelieveable 4 touchdowns! In the second game Seattle Survivors bet Mummies on Fire 2-1 in a bloody game - 9 casualties on the match report + 1 healed by Seattle's apo.
Still noone seems to be able to stop the Nightstalkers from reaching the finals undefeated. Seattle on the other division only lost one game so far and retaliated for their defeat in their last game and are also far ahead on their way to the finals.
<10-19-2007>
After talking to both coaches we agreed upon counting the forfeited 1st meet match between Chaotic FLOP-flips and Barak Varr Bad News Bears as a forfeit in favour of none of the coaches! The points in our season I table have been updated, the points in the 1st meet tournament table are not accessible anymore.
<10-18-2007>
Today's match saw Snotcrushing Nighstalkers meet We are normal. You are not. WANYAN put up a good fight but in the end the Skaven side proved to strong a team and won 3-2. First time for the Skaven having a really close game.
5th Turn 2nd half was a really bad one for them: First the apo just came in time to save Diddo Cherryfeet from a killing block by Krartin Beehanford of the Lightning Bow Clan. But he couldn't help poor Jojill Brightmoon who got killed by a block by Klelgi Klaterton of the Cryptic Ancestor Tribe. So please shut up for a minute now and remember him!
<10-17-2007>
Another match has been scheduled: Wolfiestein 3d will play Snotcrushing Nightstalkers tomorrow from about 9:30pm BB time on. They might start a bit later so just keep on having a look on the Games page. :-)
Update: The game has been rescheduled to Friday, 23:30 BB time.

<10-16-2007>
Tonight's clash between the Snotcrushing Nightstalkers and the Seattle Survivors saw a clear winner: 3-0 for the skaven. In the end the Survivors just got nuffled - 13 consecutive block dice on a ball carrier with dodge brought not a single POW or POW / SKULL. Oh, I shouldn't forget to mention the two Blitzes and one Quick Snap the Skaven got. On the other hand each mistake or bad dice roll by the Orcs was taken advantage of by the Nightstalkers skillfully and without mercy. Grats to Noel for another crushing win!
Two of their three touchdowns were scored by Baddo Smallcake, bringing the match score to 36 for the Skaven side. In a last turn foul Baddo was seriously injured and suffered a niggle. Razag Runswift wasn't able to complete any action and rightfully got no SPP leaving the Orcs with 0 points from that game.
<10-15-2007>
Tonight the 1st meet round ended. You can find the updated (with forfeits) table further down the page. As expected, Snotcrushing Nighstalkers and Seattle Survivors end this round on top of their respective divisions.
As the 1st meet round is over now the cross divisional round is now open to play. Please try to schedule your games as early as possible! Take into consideration that your oponent might be offline unexpected for some days just when you wanted to play him. If you experience any difficulties contacting your oponent or scheduling your matches please let me know as soon as possible.
You will find several games of the cross divisional round already forfeited - that's the matches that would have two teams of the same division face each other. No points were awarded for those forfeits, and they are not mentioned in the season 1 table.
Deadline for this round is Sunday, Nov. 11th. If all games have been played before this deadline the round ends immediately and the 2nd meet round starts. The sooner you play your games, the sooner we can start the next round! Have fun and good luck to all teams.
<10-15-2007>

<10-12-2007>
The wolf is dead - long live the wolf! Today's match between the Dark Elf side Connecticut Thunder and the walking dead of Wolfiestein 3d saw the first promising talent bite the dust: With a sneaky foul Dark Elf lineman Ian killed Connecticut's werewolf Wolfenstein. Obviously the ref was a Thunder fan as he didn't punish this violent behaviour. Wolfenstein scored a total of 8 SPP, 2 of them in FLOP in his last match. As he is no longer the team's promising talent the points he scored are now gone.
Immediately after the match Flowerpetal Perfume's scouts found Wolfenstein's brother Moondust Treehugger an uprising star. Quickly he was given a contract and now takes his brother's place as promising talent. Only time will tell if he is more lucky than him.
The match ended 1-1 giving each team 10 points. As Connecticut's talent Mario completed a pass the team now has a total of 11 points which brings them to the second place in their division.

Top cross divisional match scheduled
Yes, although the cross divisional round hasn't started yet Snotcrushing Nightstalkers and Seattle Survivors already agreed to play the clash of current top teams on Monday 15th, 23:00 BB time. Obviously both coaches are keen on proving who's the better coach, with the better team, having donated more to nuffle! We hope for lots of spectators. Each spectator is expected to express his presence by lots of /cheer /boo and /hurt. ;-)

Last night current top team of our league Snotcrushing Nightstalkers played their last match vs. Melrakki's Barak Varr Bad News Bears. (Welcome back, dude!) Although they were heavily outnumbered during almost the whole match (and lost a Storm Vermin due to being killed) they achieved another crushing 3-0 win! Their talent Baddo Smallcake scored 3 touchdowns and 1 completion for another 10 SPP. With this 40 points the Nightstalkers confirmed their status as top team and will end the 1st meet as number 1 of their division (and even number 1 off all divisions). Despite the clear result the dwaves really had their chances but just couldn't protect their ball carrier well enough. At least the dwarves' promising talent, Tanner Boyle, scored his team's first two points with an inflicted casualty.
NBC division now has only two unplayed matches which is great! Spike! division lacks one game more and I can only urge every team to play them as otherwise I'll have to deal out forfeit losses.

Today both division leaders played their matches against the new teams in their divisions. In NBC division Snotcrushing Nighstalkers played newcomer Chaotic FLOP-flips and defeated them with a crushing 4-0 victory, with talent Baddo Smallcake scoring 3 touchdowns! The Seattle Survivors confirmed their top spot in Spike! division and took a secure 2-0 win over newcomer Connecticut Thunder. Talent Razag Runswift scored a touchdown and completed a pass.

Chaos FLOP-flips now also ended their build up games (they even had to trim down to TR135 after two of their four oponents conceeded their matches) and were added to NBC division.
To give our new coaches enough time to play their matches the deadline for the first meet will be postponed one week! All your games now have to be played until Oct. 14th, 24:00 BB time.

Connecticut Thunder has now been added to Spike! division and is now a valid oponent. The team is not allowed any more build up games.
Chaotic FLOP-Flips will be added tonight but still needs to announce its promising talent.

The first match in Spike! division has been played. Wolfiestein 3d's undead met Seattle Survivor's orcs in an exciting match. In the end the Survivors came out on top with their promising talent Razag Runswift scoring 8 SPP. Seattle Survivors now lead their division with 38 points.

The first two games have been played and congrats go out to Snotcrushing Nightstalkers under talented coach NoeLdeBenedict for a win, a loss and 3 additional points coming from his promising talent Baddo Smallcake and therefore the first lead in their division with 33 points. They are closely followed by dreadlord's Mummies on Fire with 30 points out of 1 win so far.

Now everything is sorted (big thanx to Christer), tournaments are up. Let's get it on, guys!
<9-15-2007>
Groups are now online - let the games begin. Deadline for your first three innerdivisional games is October, 5th, 24:00.
Three teams still haven't announced their promising talent so they will have to start without one in their first game.
We only have one problem: Three teams - including my own, still seem to be locked in League of Destiny. Please contact an admin and see if he can do anything here. Before we haven't freed those teams up I cannot add you to the tournaments so their games won't count... :-( I'll look into this tomorrow and will contact an admin.
<9-10-2007>
We now have eight teams and are ready to go. The last team to join was Hashut's Chaos (coach Orkmeister) taking up the slot of Wyvern's Chaos Dwarves who left the league without any notification. The official start will be Sat. 9/15/07 00:00 BB time. If we get exactly two coaches joining until then I will stretch the divisions to 5 teams each (instead of 4). If more join I'll put them on the waiting list. Divisions will be made public at the official start date.
Until then you can play build up games (within the set limits). Please don't forget to tell me which player of yours will be you promising talent (and don't forget to write up a bit fluff for him in his bio). If I will not have been informed about your talented player until league starts you will have to assign a new one, following the given rules: Player must not have played any games at all and must be bought after your last game. If your notification is sent after the starting time of the league it will be considered late and therefore it will not be accepted.
So far we have 5 teams submitted and two or three further coaches are willing to join soon. Thus spots within the first 8 teams might get rare soon. At the moment I doubt we will have 16 teams submitted soon so all those being late might have to wait for next season!
As we already have some completely new teams I'm willing to give them some time to build up a bit. Please remember that you may have 5 games at most and must stay within TR 135 before your first league match. I can't tell yet exactly when we will start but Sept. 14th or 15th seem to be the hottest candidates. (Pun intended )
FLOP has opened its gates. Currently recruiting first eight teams. JOIN NOW!
As soon as we have enough teams (8 or 16 depending on public interest) seedings will be done and season 1 will start.
