<H2>League Style</H2><OL><LI><BIG><B>General Format</BIG></B>

The league follows a four-season cycle (Haru, Natsu, Aki, and Fuyu), where each season is a round-robin beginning with the following TR limits:

Haru: 125
Natsu: 150
Aki: 175

Win: 5pts
Tie: 2 pts
Loss: 0 pts
Forfeit/Concession: -1 pt
(Do not concede a match unless you have a real life emergency and can't continue. Concessions unbalance a league. If your team's getting mauled, take it on the chin.)

<LI><BIG><B>Changing Teams</B></BIG>

Teams are divided into 2 categories: Punch and Judy.

You're welcome to change teams mid-cycle after any season, with the restriction that <b>you may not take two different Punch teams in a row.</b>

NOTE: You can have any number of teams in the group/Farm Division. In fact, it's best to have a few already waiting in the wings if you ever want to change teams. The team selection restriction only applies to the one team you choose as your representative for the main I.P.B.B.I.L. season.

<LI><H2>Postseason</H2>After each season in the cycle ends, your team is free to play any number of "offseason" recovery/team building games, following the five rules listed below. However, all teams must begin the next season with a TR no higher than the set limit (checked only at the start of the season -- you can go above the limit once the season begins).
In other words, if your team goes above the TR limit in the offseason, you will have to drop coaches, players, rerolls, or cash to bring the TR back to the limit by the time next season starts. That way all teams will begin the season on more or less even footing.

<b>Rules for offseason games:</b>
<OL><LI>You can face any [L] team -- they don't have to be part of our group.
<LI>You're welcome to make more [L] teams to give each other more potential opponents.
<LI>Keep matchups within 40 pts of TS (just like in Ranked)
<LI>No conceding a match unless you have a real-life emergency and can't finish.
<LI>A team may not play <u>consecutive</u> matches against the same opposing team. (Same opposing coach is fine, just don't use the same two teams.)

Note: Teams which have joined the group but are not currently playing in the main season or farm division are welcome to play teams from outside the group. However, you must follow the rules for offseason games listed above.
