<b>Enter The Thunderdome!</b> is a league that allows one man teams, and one man teams only! You can enter as many teams as you like, but please read the rules before applying.

<b>Why would I want to do a 1v1 match?</b>

<ul><li>Because it lets you gain SPP rapidly, and that's fun!
<li>Games only take ten minutes!
<li>It's a good place to test skill combos intended for serious games!</ul>

<b>Okay, you've sold me. How do I play?</b>
<hr>
<ol><li>Create and submit for approval a fresh <b>[L]</b> team.
<li>Retire everyone except for one player, keeping in mind restrictions on traits (see below).
<li>Apply to join the group with that team.
<li>Contact other group members to arrange games*.
<li>Play your games <b>according to the rules below.</b>
<li>The winner of the game is responsible for filling out the score earned <b>for both sides</b>. You can copy and paste this score chart:

<li><b>YES</b>, you get points for self-inflicted injuries!
<li><b>NO</b>, you don't get points for Apo'd or regenerated injuries!</b>
<li>The score chart can be sent via FUMBBL or IRC PM to one of the staff.

<b>What are the rules?</b>
<hr>
<ul><li>Team Composition
<ol><li>You must use a fresh team to join.
<li>You may hire one freebooter, but only if your regular player is MNG.
<li>No restrictions on assistant coaches, cheerleaders or apothecaries.
<li>No wizards and no star-players allowed.
<li>Due to Touchback, players with No Hands or Ball and Chain traits are not allowed.</ol></li>
<li>Finding & Playing Games<ol>
<li>If you are challenged, you must face your opponent as soon as possible.
<li>If you don't at least schedule a better match time, and your opponent complains, you forfeit half of your team score!
<li>Providing an alternative match that would be closer in TS avoids this penalty.
<li>Once in the game, no conceding! This will cause a fail to report.
<li>Either player can demand a restart if they fail a niggle roll.
<li>In addition, you'll <b>have to</b> restart the game if you receive any of these handicaps, since they will cause bugs otherwise:

<li>Morley's Revenge
<li>It wasn't me
<li>Buzzing
<li>Virus (only if it effects the player)
<li>Knuckledusters (only if the player receiving it already has Mighty Blow)
<li>Duh, Where am I (only if the player receiving it already has Bone Head)</li></ul>
<li>Only a total of 3 attempts to start the game are required. After that, either player can give up with no penalty!</ol></li>

<li>League Scoring</li>
<ol><li>Points are earned according to the score sheet above.
<li>Additional points may become available through tournaments, which will have additional rules or restrictions as well as additional ways to earn points.
<li>Games should be reported in a timely manner if they're going to be reported at all.
<li>Even if a team's player dies or retires, it keeps its score for posterity.
<li>Hiring a new player resets the team's old score</ol></ul>
