Everyone needs to create a fresh League division team, do not play ANY games with it outside the official league matches. The league will be round-robin with a special two-round playoffs including the top 4 teams (by points), with Victory Points as follows:

-Two points for a win.
-One point for a tie.
-Zero points for a loss
-One additional point if your team scored at least one touchdown in the match.

Furthermore, everyone is expected to play in good faith; i.e. the primary objective is to gain as many victory points as possible, and the secondary objective would be to develop your team as much as possible for possible future seasons/games.

I ask that you do not participate in unabashed murder for its own sake with utter disregard for the game itself. The "ball" is not just the thing that attracts elves for you to punch, and "touchdowns" are not an excuse to line everyone back up for further punching. On the other hand, casualties=SPP and can possibly prevent your opponent from accruing further Victory Points. As long as you're making a reasonable attempt to be competitive, murder is to be expected, I just want to make sure it's strategic murder.

Please make an attempt to participate and be prepared to stick with the league till at least the end of a season. The games will progress as fast as people play their rounds, but you will not be expected to play more than one game a week. If it is 100% necessary that a forfeit occurs, the 'winner' will get 2 points and the loser zero, with neither getting the possibility of the extra TD point or the chance for money/spp. Thus it is in your best interest to work with your opponent to get the game played.
