The lengthy lockout and extended contract negotiations between greedy players and even greedier owners which halted official Blood Bowl play and transformed the game as we knew it, has now ended. Fargluk Nogrumple III, goblin undersecretary to the NAF* commissioner, has been tasked with reinstating Blood Bowl Sevens, the minor league of the NAF, to its former glory.

In no time at all, like a triumphant phoenix rising from the ashes, Sevens teams from the far reaches of the Old and New Worlds have stumbled from their respective pubs, taverns, grog dens, wine sinks, and hookah lounges, grabbed their dilapidated gear and are heeding the call to return to the pitch for the Blood Bowl Sevens CRP Kickoff Tournament.

For most of these players, returning to the pitch for a near-impossible chance at fame and fortune are enough, but Fargluk Nogrumple III has been tasked with rewarding winning teams with an opportunity for more practice time or a cash prize that must be used on their chosen star player. This "extra training" will no doubt make teams more skilled and is invaluable for fledgling Sevens teams and the cash prize has been rumored to be worth several times the annual salary of a professional player, thus allowing these winning teams to hold on to their stars longer, giving them a shot at becoming a true Legend, an extreme rarity for most Sevens players.

So Sevens players, practice hard, sharpen those spikes, and try not to die. For it’s time to return to the excitement of Blood Bowl Sevens! <b>Legendhood awaits!</b></i>

All teams must follow BB7s team creation rules found on the <a href="http://www.fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=group&op=view&group=3433">BB7s Main Group Page</a>.

Drafting (ie: dropping players with 4 MVPs) will be suspended for teams in the tournament until that team is Knocked Out at which time normal drafting will occur.

All other rules regarding rerolls and inducements must follow BB7s rules located on the <a href="http://www.fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=group&op=view&group=3433">BB7s Main Group Page</a>.

Winning teams have the choice of either:

Winning teams may add a bought reroll for a maximum of 10 games.

If this prize is chosen the reroll must be bought immediately following the match (if no funds are available team must choose the other prize). The team must note in the team bio via link the game in which the team won the reroll as well as notify BB7s admins for tracking purposes.

<b>OR</b>

One player on each of the winning teams can have their MVPs "reset" to 0 for purposes of draft eligibility

Each player receiving the award must be reported to the BB7s admins for tracking purposes as well as report the "reset" in that team and players bio.
