Four divisions that will be tiered by TW at the start of each new season

Khainefist Premier League (unlimited TW) - the first season, you must enter your highest TW team OR a stunty* team into this division (aka the Smiley exemption clause)
special rules - each season Bugman's gets a sponsor, and that sponsor provides inducement money for both teams. Each season there can only be 1 sponsor; i.e. a fixed amount of gold that can only be spent on a single inducement (never Star Players) that is available to all teams.
Second season the sponsor will be 100k for a free Apothecary/Igor - Khainefist Blue Comet Blue Hammer
First season was 50k for a free Bugman's Babe (Bloodweiser Babe).

Reeborc League Championship (TW max 1600 to start season) - this may go up as seasons go on
special rules - 2nd season no optional in effect
1st season Spiked Ball was in effect

Ogre-Ade Serie Duh (TW max 1300 to start season) - this may go up as seasons go on
special rules - 2nd season Spiked Ball, PO player is KO'd if rolling doubles on AV/INJ roll and Fouling gets a +1 assist to fouler if not hindered are both in effect
1st season Fouling got a +1 assist to fouler if not hindered

McMurty's Big Moot Ligue Oof (Stunty division) - 1st season you must play a stunty team. After that, this division will be open to brand new teams who may stay for 1 season before moving up. Smiley exemption clause - for season one, and for new coaches in later seasons, a coach may choose to put their Stunty team into the Bugman's Premier League and play a brand new team in McMurty's for one season.
special rules - 2nd season Right Stuff cancels Tackle skill on blocks/blitzes, players with Sneaky Git skill are sent to the KO box instead of being ejected (these two rules are immune from modifying with chits or victory tokens). Also, +1 assist to fouler (this rule can't be changed this season).
1st season Right Stuff cancels Tackle skill on blocks/blitzes, players with Sneaky Git skill are sent to the KO box instead of being ejected (these two rules are immune from modifying with chits or victory tokens)

For purposes of this division, stunty is currently defined as the following: goblin, halfling, ogre, Lizardman Skink (Kroxigor and up to 12 Skinks) and Underworld Goblin (Warpstone Troll and up to 12 Underworld Goblins). Other options may become available in the future. If the modified teams (i.e. Lizardman and Underworld) leave Big Moot Ligue Oof, they may buy additional players to compete in another division but they won't count as stunty if they do so. If they return to Big Moot Ligue Oof, they must cut any ineligible players. Existing Lizardman/Underworld teams may also cut ineligible players to become eligible to play in this division.
special rules - Right Stuff cancels Tackle skill on blocks/blitzes, players with Sneaky Git skill are sent to the KO box instead of being ejected

The winner of a division will gain two benefits each season:
1. That team may move up to the next division and replace the coach's existing team there. May be saved for a future season, although a team that has won the division twice in a row must move up or sit out a season to reset. The team will also receive an invitation to one or more tournaments during the 'tween season' period.
2. That coach may add a new optional rule to that division, or delete one with a few exceptions: Bugman's Premier League can never be altered apart from changing the sponsor, and the two starting rules in McMurty's Big Moot Ligue Oof may never be dropped. This rule change can take place even if that coach's team is moving up.

The last place finisher of the Bugman's Premier League division must relegate his team down to the Reeborc League Championship, or sit out a season, and move another team up. There are some restrictions to what team can be used to replace the demoted team; a) that coach's team in the current Reeborc League Championship, b) a team from his bench/lower division that has won either a Bugman's Premier or a Reeborc League season in the past, c) a team that was formerly in the Bugman's Premier League and sat out a season or played a season in a lower division, d) a team that wins a tournament (any tournament) in the 'tween season', or e) they use a chit to avoid relegation. The team that finishes last in the Reeborc League Championship does not automatically get relegated, but they can't move up to Bugman's unless they have won Bugman's/Reeborc season in the past, win a tween season tournament or use a chit. There are no penalties for coming in last place in any of the other divisions.

Teams may be swapped in freely between seasons to the other divisions provided that they meet the entry requirements, with a few provisions. A team that has won the Bugman's Premier League even once can always come back into that division in a future season with no restrictions. For all other teams after the first two seasons, they must play at least one season in the Reeborc League Championship (and not come in last place) or play in a 'tween season' tournament before advancing to the Bugman's Premier League. After season one, a brand new team with 0 games played may enter McMurty's Big Moot Ligue Oof for one season but must move up somewhere afterwards. If a coach does this, he must play a stunty team in one of the other divsions. All coaches must always have a stunty team active at all times, or use a chit to waive this requirement for a season.

Exception: For the first two seasons, if a team is being relegated out of the Bugman's Premier League, they may ignore the penalty for their Reeborc team should it also finish in last place during the same season. Also, if they want to swap with a team in the Ogre-Ade Series A it does not have to have played in the Reeborc League Championship

Smiley Exemption Clause: For the first season, and any season when a new coach joins, the entry requirement to the Bugman's Premier League is waived IF that coach plays a stunty team. For the first season, all coaches normally had to put their highest TV team into Bugman's PL. New coaches may also invoke this rule if they don't feel they have a team that would be competitive in Bugman's PL. This also means that the coach may play a brand new, non-stunty team in the McMurty's Big Moot Ligue Oof.

For the coaches who come into Season one with a Building Blocks chit, you will be able to use them starting in Season 2 for one of the following things:
1. Cash it in to change a rule as if you won a division (all limitations apply). A chit can not overwrite a rule change made by a division winner's victory perk; in this event the chit will be returned to the coach as unused.
2. Cash it in to move any of your teams up to Bugman's Premier League without having to meet the qualifications (this includes staying in Bugman's PL if you finish in last place)
3. Get a temporary salary cap increase of 150(k) TW for a season in Reeborc League Championship or 100(k) TW in Ogre-Ade Series A
4. Get a stunty exemption for a season (you won't have to play a stunty team for one season but must play a brand new team in the stunty division)

Tie-breakers: During regular season (round-robin) play, should 2 teams have the same number of match points the tie-breakers will be ranked as follows:
1. TD Diff
2. CAS Diff
3. Total TDs
4. Total CAS
5. Total Wins
6. Head-to-head Record
7. Coin Flip

There will be a series of 3 tournaments in between each regular E.A.T.B.B.A. season. Each tournament will award the winner a 'tournament chit' as a prize. Refer to the E.A.T.B.B.A. League Rules for how to use these.

Every season
Bloodweiser B.B.A. Stein Open Invitational - open to any team that is not participating in another tournament AND did not win a division in the most recent E.A.T.B.B.A. regular season. Brand new teams that intend to participate in McMurty's Big Moot Ligue Oof may participate in this tournament before the season starts. Seeding and scheduling will be random each round (King of the Hill, minimum 8 teams needed).
Optional Rules- The sponsors of this tournament want to encourage 'minnow' participation and give younger teams a chance to develop. All teams will receive 200k in inducements to spend on Babes, Apothecaries, and/or Igors however they choose. Fouling is discouraged except for gaining in-game tactical advantage (gentleman's agreement, the commissioner will be the final arbiter and violating the fouling agreement may get a team banned from the Bloodweiser Stein for one or more tween-seasons).

Orca-Cola League Cup - open to any team that participated in the previous season, as well as any past season and/or tournament winners. For brand new coaches to E.A.T.B.B.A., you may use any teams that you intend to bring into the regular season (though your Big Moot Ligue Oof team should probably play in the Bloodweiser B.B.A. Stein Open Invitational). For all coaches, the commissioner has the right to grant an exemption to allow an alternate team if a coach is having difficulty finding a team to participate (i.e. trying to meet upcoming season League TV requirements). Previous season/cup champions will get a BYE if the number of teams requires it. Teams will be seeded based on number of league and tournament championships (tie breakers will be current season record, TDs scored, CAS scored, FF, highest SPP player) and scheduled in a best vs. least scheduling format (Knockout, brackets will be set ahead of time to ensure seeding remains constant throughout).
Optional Rules- The sponsors of this tournament want to reward excellent performance and encourage competition among the tournament participants. The highest seeded team can bring in the optional rules from one of the leagues of the previous season (it doesn't have to be the league they participated in), at their discretion. They do not have to bring in an optional ruleset, but if they choose to do so they must bring the entire ruleset excepting TV restrictions.

Every other season
Orcidas Swiss Shield - Open first to any team that gets knocked out of one of the other tournaments in the first round, then open to any team that did NOT win a regular season league if necessary. Division winners from the previous season may enter this tournament if they get knocked out of the Bloodweiser Stein or the Orca-Cola Cup in the first round. This tourney will start after round 1 of the other tourneys have been completed, and the first invitations will be sent to those teams that got knocked out of another tournament. No coach may have more than three teams in the Swiss Shield, and if a coach does not lose any first round games in other tournaments, they will be allowed to bring a single non-division winning team into this tournament as a 'wild card'. In the event that one coach has 4 teams and all other coaches have at least 1 team that qualify, the remaining slot will go to the coach with a) the least amount of teams that qualify, then b) the coach who finished the lowest in the previous season's division standings with the tie-breaker going to the coach who finished lowest in the Bugman's Premier League. The Orcidas Swiss Shield will not run in the same season when the E.A.T.B.B.A. Champions Trophy is running. Format will be swiss, with initial seeding done by TV (Swiss format 3 rounds, minimum 8 teams needed).
Optional Rules- The sponsors of this tournament want to entertain the crowd with all kinds of zaniness. All teams will receive 150k in inducements to spend on Cards (any decks currently implemented).

E.A.T.B.B.A. Champions Trophy - invitations will be sent to all previous League and Tournament winners since the last Champions Trophy was held (ideally this will run after every other season to give time for there to be at least 4 different coaches with eligible teams). Seeding will be random but schedule will be fixed once started (Knock out, random seeding).
Optional Rules- The sponsors of this tournament hope to see Bloodbowl played in its purest form (good luck with that). No optional rules will be in effect during the Champions Trophy.

Collective rules
Each coach may participate in one or more tournaments, but no team can enter more than 1 tournament with the exception of the Orcidas Swiss Shield (due to the entry requirements for this tournament).

Invitations will be sent out in the following order:
1) E.A.T.B.B.A. Champions Trophy
2) Orca-Cola League Cup
3) Bloodweiser B.B.A. Stein Open Invitational
4) Orcidas Swiss Shield

Multiple teams in the same tournament - Because we have less than 8 coaches, there will be times when a coach has more than 1 team entered into a tournament. Until we get 8 or more coaches (if ever), the following stipulations will apply.
1) Ideally, each tournament will include an equal number of teams per coach.
2) Regardless of invitation criteria, every coach will be invited to participate with at least 1 team, and no coach may have more than 3 teams in a tournament.
3) When possible (i.e. non-random seeding), these two teams will not be seeded against one another in the first round
4) If two teams coached by the same player do meet in any round, the coach determines which one advances and the other one forfeits (no forfeit penalties apply in this case).

Each coach can play up to 18 games, but you can only play another coach 6 times. There is no limit on games for a single team beyond the previous limitations (18/6). The goal here is to get your teams ready for the Empirical Altdorf Tiered-Blood Bowl Association (E.A.T.B.B.A.), a 4-tiered perpetual league that I will explain in the next section. You have two options for how to play:

1. Normal game. Play to win, no collusion, though gentleman's agreements can be made to reduce carnage (fouling, crowd-pushing, etc.). Keep in mind there is no way to enforce this, so buyer-beware.
2. Click-through game. No blocking, no fouling, no moving the ball. Just click through 16 turns, then take your money and your MVP. Each team can only do this one time during the tournament so use it wisely. It will be a good way to get players back before we start the perpetual league.

Due to the nature of this activity (i.e. no structured limit on games by a single team), all awards will be per coach. The following activities will receive mention and a 'chit' that can be cashed in (one-time only) during the tiered-season play for a 'special ability' starting in Season 2 (see E.A.T.B.B.A. section for details):

1. Most competitive games by a coach (click-through games will not count)
2. Most wins by a coach
3. Most TDs by a coach
4. Most CAS by a coach (all CAS caused in the match report stat line count)

For each tied category, all qualifying coaches will receive a chit.

In the event that a coach has a change-of-heart or a team wipe, they may swap in a new team for one of their current teams. All records/stats will be transferred to the new team and games played will still count against.
