Club Ultimate Frisbee League:

-7 players on the pitch
-11 players allowed total
-Players cannot move with the disc
-Passing mayhem
-Fluffy
-Plenty of teams to pick from
-0 players on the LOS
-Claw/PO nerf

The last two points are to focus the game on ball play rather than pitch removal. With 7 players, any man advantage is a big deal (or so I would think). They also make sense within the ultimate side of the fluff.

League Custom Rules:

-Overtime enabled for every game
-A maximum of 2 players may be set up in each wide zone
-A maximum of 7 players may be set up on the field
-A minimum of 0 players must be set up on the Line of Scrimmage
-Claw does not stack with other skills that modify armour rolls.
-Piling On allows coach to reroll only armor rolls.
-Piling On does not stack with other skills that modify armour or injury rolls.
-Piling On player is knocked out when rolling a double on armour or injury rolls.
-Right Stuff prevents the Tackle skill when blocked.
