Here's the rules.

Elves only: So that’s Elf, Wood Elf, High Elf and Dark Elf.

Fresh Teams only: Brand new Tr 100 teams.

No extra games: Only play Elf Bowl games with those teams.

No Fouling: Controversial ruling here, but considering the cost of a single player, and how one foul can ruin a whole team's chance of winning ever, it's against the rules.

Scoring is as follows.

10 For a win.
5 For a draw.
3 For a Loss.
0 For a concede: Conceding is irritating to both sides, so just stick it out till it's over.

1 For each Touchdown Scored.

Team Construction: You have to have FF 7 or higher. Anything lower and you'll AND your opponent will get crap money for each game. FF 9 is highly recommended.

Extra special new rule : If and ONLY if it's the first round, you can retire your original team and replace it with a new one. This is to stop first round droppers screwing everyone over with no cash and SSPs.

I'll rescind my previous rule of if you drop you can't play again, as I lost my list of people who dropped from EB:2.
