The Island Times West Coast League came into being during the first ever Elf Bowl tournament, and through these Chaotic times, records of that first seasonal tournament were lost to this group.

The now retired Winterpegg Bombers were crowned outright champions that season, and a knockout was played for the runner up. Having played games in the knockout Foo Foo 4 You managed to gain more points despite being the runner up.

All teams in this tournament need to be a part of that group as well.

Open to Pro Elf, High Elf, Wood Elf, and Dark Elf.

Five different divisions to play in.
Fresh Meat - TR 130 and less
Professionals - TR 131 to 160
Veterans - TR 161 to 190
Masters - TR 191 to 220
Champions - TR 221 and over

Wizards and star players are allowed, and one DP per team.
