<h2>Da Rules:</h2>
<ol><li>New <b>[L]eague</b> teams of any type (stunty included) may apply to the group.
<li>Dwarf and Norse teams are banned.
<li>Teams must have a maximum of SEVEN players in the squad, you can however, hire players to play if some off your squad are MNG, and the total players on the field should not exceed SEVEN on each side!
<li><b>No rerolls</b> may ever be bought, this reflects the lack of teamwork within teams. However, you may use rerolls that you get from kickoff results <font color=FF0000>AS WELL AS FROM THE LEADER SKILL!</font>
<li>Players that start with Block may not be purchased.
<li>Players may not take Block as a skill selection.
<li>If a player MUST choose Block as a skill, then that player must be retired.
<li>As there is no way to show a roll for the player being scouted and taken for a pro BB league, so the ageing roll will be used instead. If your player ages, you <b>must retire</b> him to represent the fact he has been transferred. So, IF your player sustains any injury, you must provide a link to the match in which they were injured in the specified players bio, to stop the cheats! If you refuse to retire a player who has aged, then your teams will be kicked from the league and you will be banned from applying with any other teams to this league!. This is to keep it fair for everyone.
<li>No handicaps are banned, if you suffer a virus its your own lookout!
<li>No restriction on apothecaries, coaches or cheerleaders.
<li><b><font color=FF0000>NO</font> Star Players</b>, except on <b>stunty</b> teams, which are allowed stars that DO NOT have the block skill when replacing players that are MNG.
<li><b><font color=FF0000>NO</font> wizards.</b>
<li><b>Regarding gaining extra players...</b> You MAY use the 8th player for that game ONLY! If your total players after the game is 8 or more, then you must retire the corresponding number of players.</ol>

<h2>Team Creation</h2>
<ol><li>As money is scarce in the league, the teams cant afford expensive stars, so to represent this positional limits are halved (rounded up for odd numbers), the exception being base players, 0-12 or 0-16 types, meaning you may have 1 Witchelf, or 2 Black Orc Blockers, but 7 skeletons is fine for the league!
<li>Big Guys are ONLY allowed to participate on goblin, halfling or other stunty teams, BUT are limited to one per team. Ogre Teams can participate, as they aren't Big Guys! Big guys are considered positional players for this league. Just to make this crystal clear the only teams allowed 2 big guys are Fairies and Snotling, because they are normally allowed three!</ol>

<h1>Instant Tournaments</h1>
There are two kinds of IT you can play:
Round Robin - Can only be played with 3 coaches - 1point for the winner.
Knockout - Can be played with 4 or 8 coaches - 2points for the win, 1point for 2nd. (double this for an 8 man IT)
Please Note: Tournament creator is responsible for updating points. PM them asking for your points if they have left chat before the IT has finished.

<b>These tournaments MUST be completed within 48 HOURS of the start time! NO exceptions. These are intended to be "instant" tournaments so that teams are not stuck in a tournament and may participate in as many as desired.</b>

When you are looking for an IT add |NBL7s to your nickname. (e.g. My name is HunterX so I would change it to HunterX|NBL7s)

How to change your nickname:
Type the line below into the irc talk bar substituting YOURNAME for your nickname.

<h3>Notes For Staff:</h3>
<li>Name Tournaments as follows: NBL7s IT #1 and so on.
<li>When setting up a Round Robin IT, please remember to set the scoring as follows:
Win = 10pts, Draw = 5pt, Loss = 1pts
Forfeit Win = 3pts, Loss = -3pts
1pt per TD up to a max of 3pts
