We are challenging swl members to reclaim dominance of FUMBBL and increase our presence within the main divisions again. Therefore we are starting up a competition to see which swl members can make an impact in fumbbl's main divisions. The overall goal is to hopefully get an SWL Major champ (even though the tz difference makes it tough for us).



<b><u>RULES</u></b>

<u>Eligibility</u>
To be eligible, the coach must be a member of SWL or within the Australian/New Zealand or Asian time zones.

<u>Teams</u>

Each coach is able to have up to one team at a time within the SWL Does It Better competition for blackbox and ranked. Just make a [R] or compliant team and apply to the group.

Your team must have the SWL Does It Better Logo on your team page, or use it as the teams logo to show your allegiance.

If your team has already played games, record in the team's bio their record before being accepted into the SWL DiB.

Any Coach can have a maximum of 2 Ranked and 2 Box teams at any one time in the group.


<u>Tracking Score</u>

Coaches are responsible for keeping track of their score either in their team BIO or with periodic updates of the thread on the forums.


<u>Points</u>

Points are calculated based on your overall match points plus bonus points for special achievements.

Match points are calculated based on your top 10 results during the competition. This is further limited by only one result counting vs any race. So your top 10 results against 10 different races will be your overall match point score.


<b>Match Points</b>

+ 10 point for playing
+ 10 points for winning
+1 point for beating a team with an NWL or SWL DiB badge in their bio
+4 points for drawing
+2 points for winning by 2 or more touchdowns
+2 points for winning the casualty count
+2 points for scoring 5 or more touchdowns
+1 point for forcing a shutout (opponent doesn't score)
+1 Point for both teams being over 1700 TV

<b>Bonus Points</b>
(Can only be claimed once by a team)

+10 points for beating a coach over 165 CR
+20 points for beating a coach over 175 CR
+30 points for winning a FUMMBL Major Qualifier
+50 Points for winning a FUMBBL Major
+20 Points for winning a FUMBBL Minor
+10 Points for beating a team coached by a NWL or WIL coach.
+10 Points for winning a game by 5+ TD's
+10 Points for clearing the pitch!


<u>Dates</u>

The first season will begin on 2nd of August and end on 31st December 2012.



<u>Trophies</u>

The first season of SWL Does it Better is all about showing everyone SWL is back, therefore the following trophies are up for grabs:
Gold: Highest Scoring Team
Silver: 2nd Highest Scoring Team
Bronze: 3rd Highest Scoring Team
