Kolirjoblopkomodomoe you are a good coach, but to go through 7 turns in the first half without failing anything (failed block in the end) and 1 failed dodge, 1 failed block in the second, being the extent of anything going wrong, well, the luck score is wrong, let;s put it that way.

The decisive moment came when I rolled double skulls, rerolled, then blocked again with block pows, ending my turn, and the Elves were able to dodge (of course), block (elementary) and scoop up the ball (no trouble at all) and my 2db produced a pushback and block/pow. Rerolled... to produce exactly the same.

So rerolls were a watse of time for me, and not needed for the woodies. All the fouls came in the first half, when I had the Ref, but the Woodies proved far more resilient than my own AV 0.7 guys who folded like paper to normal blocks.

One of those game where you just sit in disbelief, but that's the way it goes sometimes.
