I lost track of the number of double-1's I rolled, plus more turns ended prematurely via rolling 1 on dodge (tackle prevent rr) or whatnot. So we went to halftime scoreless, with my block/guard linerat niggled.

Then Nuffle really started to kick me in the balls. Twice the ball was caught on the fly by an orc, once after failed pass, once after stripball had done its job, only to be grabbed by another. Combined with my dp getting niggled (3 skill dp, to boot), more rats sent off-pitch ko, there just wasn't a blessed thing I could do to stop him. All I could hope for was a chainpush OTS promotion as time expires...get the ball...push him forward to scoring range...and promptly fail the dodge away to score.
