Possibly this was the fault of el jarto, who spent several turns looking at his feet instead of blitzing elves (which he did quite successfully in the first half inflicting 2 BH in the early turns of the match). Meanwhile, our witch elves went to town on the poor norsemen - these ladies certainly were the stars of this match.

Belladonna (witch elf), our newest member of the team, certainly showed what she could do. Her first block was a kill, and although she only made 2 other blocks in the match, she still managed to inflict a second casualty with one of them. She is one lady you definitely don't want to mess with.

On a side note, we "got" the ref twice in the second half, but it would have been overkill to start fouling (though I was tempted once or twice =P).”
