“Finally the winning streak (3 in a row) came to an end! Especially against his old rival, the Red Old Hammer, this defeat is hurting the great Pehlkonikow. But it was not the dwarfen tactics, but the dwarfen beer that struck the coach down. There's no other explanation for the terrible turn over in half one, that pulled the already secure first TD out of the Elfs hands! The Sir, still dwelling in exile, is not pleased. ”
“No elfish flesh was added to the team but the unholy ones performed well:
using his secret and forbidden lore the evil Dwarven Necromancer Redhammer pulled all of the right strings (some of them to make us laugh albeit):
The dastardly cleanly elves received the ball in the first half and made a bit of shambles of it. Posession changed hands several times in the elfish half. The daisy eaters did not prove to be dangerous and only a snigger (at the stupid ears and lack of beards) caused Redhammer to loose concentration and his ritual control slipped for a second -- causing poor Ae'ui'Yu not to score a TD in turn 8 of the first half.
The second half saw a strong drive from the necro's horde pushing more and more elfves back on to their sofa's (some of them beaten up some of them just fainted). Ae'ui'Yu finally got his well earend TD and the necros took the lead. Redhammer laughed saying all he needed was a BLITZ on the ensuing kickoff to seal the game. And so his minions obliged the kickoff was encircled and finally picked up by Ramon Manbaconeater (although he made a shambles of it several times) and he scored the winning TD.
With only one turn there was no hope for the elves but then the game was stopped for Injury Time, well enough elves had taken a breather! The elves made a hash of the affair Ilka II dropping the ball on a go-for-it. Seeking glory the necros rushed forward. Only then to see Lyca failing to throw the ball even a short distance! Jörg der Unhold managed to then get the ball and give it to Lars II how ran in for the consolation score.
Redhammer pulled his beard, he should have demoralised these elves not just beaten them to bits! ”
