“This was a high-carnage game by Vandir standards. It's amazing no one ended up dead or permanently injured.
The Rock Mice took the field with a mean glare and a lot of menace in their eyes (and their fouling implements). The Vandals responded quickly (if uncharacteristically), fouling as soon as Homer the Rat Ogre (the most dangerous member of the Rock Mice) was on the pitch. No good, only knocked out.
Homer eventually deserved the MVP for his ferocious playing (and two casualties). Both Homer the Rat ogre and the Vandals Minotaur Clogfoot were swamped by linemen at times, causing swift turnovers.
Luckily, luck was slightly favorable to the Vandals, who have never had a death or permanent injury on their team. However, no point in tempting fate by playing against Homer's team anytime soon!”
