That and 3 big hands on my Saurus pretty much meant a loose ball was mine when it dropped on the floor - with no rr and facing another long half of Saurus running (I dare not pass, hand off, or anything with this team until they get skills - i.e. aside from blocking, anything that requires dice) I guess it was a choice of "Waste another half hour of my life or not" - had a number of those games recently myself.

Birthday gift - hmmmm. As I mentioned in game, the Mutations are a mixed bag - you can (as in this case) have pretty much everything tipped for you before a ball is kicked.

My own personal thought is that this is the "Sweater your aunt knitted that you will never wear" in terms of gift desirability, but for novelty value, it's ok the first couple of games I guess.
