“Semi final: Who shall go up against Webbes Orcs?
It was luck and bad luck that turned the first half to 1-0 for the D-elf.
The cursed dwarfs rolled 3 double skulls in three turns making a mockery of any defending and attacking concept. The first half ended off course in a double skull for the dwarfs.
Second half started like before but now only the two first turns turned up with double skulls again burning the two rr’s, so again we stood with out any rr’s after the second turn just like in the first half.
Knowing badluck where on our tail we couldn’t afford any more mistake and the game went to strictly defence and partly boring caging the ball at all time. 1-1 in turn 8.
Overtime!
The dwarfs got the ball that again the elfs kicked very badly and in to the arms of a blitzer.
As in the second half it was just a matter of defend, defend and defend.
Rolling a new double skull in the late turn 6 or 7 just to score in turn 8 again and turning the game to the dwarfs with 2-1.
The dwarfs where hard hitters and a lot of the elfs found them self in the KO box, making it even harder to score for 2-0.
Well it was a tight game that could have turned in favour of the dwarfs or the elfs in any turn.
After rolling 7double skulls the luck smiled on the Warriors and gave the game to the dwarfs.
I think the elfs found them self rolling 2 or 3 double 1 in the second half giving just the little chance we dwarfs needed.

It's always very nice when one's opponents take the time out to write match reports.
I honestly thought I would steal the game, when the dwarves didn't manage to score in the first half, and I came semi-close to making it 2-0 in the same half. I probably didn't push hard enough - or rather - didn't play it correctly when I stole the ball in first half.
Once the second half started, and the dwarves got their cage up and running, I really never had much chance to steal it away.
Ad to this that I totally forgot about overtime (this being my first ever tourney), and the fact the the dwarves were on the receiving side in overtime, and you have some pretty chanceless dark elves.
I knew I should have chosen kick for one of my guys early on :-)
