“not much to say other then ouch. i knew i was going to get my ass kicked in blocking befor going into it. 6guard tough to deal with but it really didnt play a roll in this game. even his 2 dice my favor blocks resulted in 2 starburst or the equvilent to. ie. dodge/block....was a fun game played most of it on my back but hell thats where i prefer to be anyway ;-)”

“An insane game on paper, and indeed, I was throwing blocks for the hell of it - only had one block fail all game against the Ogres (and that cause I forgot I had a RR left), and I am talking about a multitude of -2db vs ST5 guys and no assists - I was in a "what the hell" mood.
It didn't win me the game, but take a look at the luck score - it was like that all through the match and simply for that reason, Draco didn't deserve to lose.
Also most of my hits caused KOs - including a turn where every Ogre took a rest after taking a hit, but most were back shortly after.
My own theory is this - with block skill vs non block you can afford to say "what the hell" - you only fail a block on a skull. What the difference here was I was giving Dracos ogres a chance to choose between a pow or a block/pow *cringe*. All game! A case wheer the Dwarves kicked the Ogres ass big time, but the big guys got up and shouted "Yeah? That all you got punk?" before getting a smack in the mouth and going down again. And getting back up :S
Glad his team came out in 1 piece, save for a stock gobbo with no spp, so it's all good. Game was played in good spirits no crowd surf no fouling, no whining no nuthin. Wolf1draco is a credit to fumbbl with his attitude!
