#5 PIltdown Man – Dead (RIP) #8 Parallel Park Man – Dead (RIP)
“Ahhh first game of the Valhalla Vet Cup, first game of the Champion's Cup Challenge.
Ahhh first death of the Valhalla Vet Cup, first death of the Champion's Cup Challenge.
Ahhh second death of the Valhalla Vet Cup, second death of the Champion's Cup Challenge.
Ahh crap.
The game was a bloodbath, the field was a carpet of red. In the end, the Not-So-SuperHeroes proved that they can not only dish it out, but can take it as well. Corraling the mutant goats back from whence they came.
Poor Plltdown Man ran his last yards on the pitch that day, his typographically challeged powers will be miss, and replaced.
We will also grieve for poor Parallel Park Man, his blocking ability will be as missed almost as much as his ability to fit the team's bus into any spot on the street.
As a side note: the team is looking for a new bus driver to get us to the next game against Mully's much stronger regular humans. Please submit all applications at the Fortress of Books (Star City Public Library - Willowdale Branch).
Thanks for the game NightGriffin, it was fun. See you at the next Invitationals.”
“I hit a wall as screech was dominant from start to end. My chaos warrior choose this match to niggle out, and I can't blame him. Of course, he'll be tortured for that.
The high point for the forebearer of doom was the intense loss inflicted to the opponent. 2 death of good players.
Thanks for the game screch and good luck for the rest of the tourny.”
