#10 Dragonball T – Broken Ribs (MNG)
Someone should tell these nasty thralls that it is impolite to throw blocks at poor podgy flings, and scoring againt them is just downright rude ;)

Nice game - though I would like to meet the guy that decided on the change of take root and shove a branch where the sun don't shine.

Rematch anytime.

The Generals started out on the recieving end and did open up in the 2nd turn with an impressive TTM - unfortuanetely for the little bugger holding the ball he was just outside reach of a TD. A lot of halfing dodging followed to cover the ball carrier but ti no avail. A nice blitz by Cusi send the ag4 Leaping halfling to the Dug Outs, BH and the ball was scooped up. Following some scattered halfing resistance that was soon put to an end by a 'fling failing a dodge the Smiles transported the ball more than half the length of the field and though it safe.

That is - untill a brave little guy took it upon himself to bring down the infamous Odi and wrestle the ball loose. An impressive scrum followed as Smiles kept on getting the ball only for the undaunted Generals to bring down Odi - with or without assistance. In the end bravery was not enough, however, and Casper could use his superior agility to bring the ball in for a TD in turn 8.

2nd half followed - the Smiles' coach had forgotten to tell his players what the game plan sounded like, and soon most of his players found themselves close to the two tallest players on the Generals' team. Fortunately for most of the players this didn't carry on for long and soon Casper eyed a chance to make a 3+ chance to Van Spamsville who would then hopefully bring it out of reach. He almost fumbles (use a RR) but manages to get the ball to Mac... Only for him to fail the catch.

A very intense fight ensures as the Generals' star tree mingles in the fight and halflings and miles alike try to get the ball to safety.

The 2nd last turn of the Smiles... a 2d block on the ball carrying tree (yeah, what's so special about that?) and they're both down! Thrall and tree alike! And there are no Smiles players in TD reach as they were bussy assisting the block! The ball scatters... To a thrall in safety...

There was little to do for the Generals in the last turn and the game was blown off.

A good, exciting match with many spectacular moves from both teams.

Re-match anytime, mate.
