Today's opponent Zedread was a real sport. To be honest, I didn't really like him as soon as we spoke. First up he offers to pound us into the dust with a dwarf team. Now, I don't like to cherrypick, but vs Dwarves it just wouldn't be a contest. Undeterred he then offered to play with his Orcs, probably thinking it was an easy win. I didn't want to let him down, so I accepted.

The match, whilst I won, was a wholly unenjoyable one, as my opponent was almost like a brick wall in his silence. You know those bricks, they can be silent. Or loud, if they fall from somewhere, or get bashed together, thrown throw windows.. All kinds of noisy actually. I digress. I wasn't exactly the loudest brick there either, but I always though a gj or grats was in order when you score a touchdown. but, i returned the favour too..

We managed to make a meal of our first drive, only managing to score by the skin of our teeth. Probably for the best, one more turn in the first half and they may have gotten the equaliser.

Second half we managed a second score, and had 4 turns to hold out with 8 players, which we managed, although we should've had it 3-1, but who's gonna know?
