“There were two huge luck factors in this game. First of all av 8 was doing its part, big time. I took a lot more hits this game than I should have. Fortunately, only one permanent injury came out of it. The other was some well timed blocks. I turned the ball over 3 times in the first half (and received the second, then got another turnover) on some relatively lucky blitzes. Each one was relatively well screened, but a couple of AG 5, leapin' elves can usually slip through and did so strangely reliably.

Thanks to albator for a well played game. I've played him at least once before and I remembered that he was a good, if somewhat quiet guy. A blank chat box does not mean that he's ignoring you or being a bad sport, simply he doesn't chat much. Just a thing of note.
