Following completely outragous claims by the corrupted media that Deck'em's affair with Van Loo's mother was in fact true, thousands of CFi fans stayed at home for this local derby in protest.

CFi went behind 1-0 early in the first half to a TD by Graham, and had to turn to possibly their most reliable player, Uzo, to even up the score before half time. Uzo ran the entire length of the field after a perfect kick off by CC, and despite no support from his bone headed teammates at the crcucial last few yards, ran between the legs of the desperate CC defenders for the score.

Receiving the kick off again after half time, CFi set themselves up for a grinding drive down the field. Aided by a touchback the ball was placed in the hands of Dumbo Johnson and a swift start saw the ogre pack make good progress to begin with.

It took a gutsy block by Harold to halt the pack advance and pop the ball loose. However the CC pheonix warrior, Adam, tripped whilst trying to escape with the ball. A scramble to pick up the ball ensewed and it was the hero Harold once again who somehow maneged to slip out of the pile with the ball! However his luck ran out as he fumbled the pass to an awaiting Graham down field in the open...

Divin' Deck'em, showing an uncharacteristic burst of initiative and two fingers to the media, manged to grab the ball and hugged it tight like his teddy bear. Following prompts from the gobbos around him to run towards the end zone, Deck'em blitzed through Adam, knocking him out cold, and managed to not forget what he was doing before crossing the line.

With only minutes left CFi succesfully managed to run the clock down to hold onto their lead and put the team's progress back on track... Hoepfully.
