This game was bloody. No claw. No mighty blow. Just good old fashioned knuckles on meat.
1st half found me bullying my way to the EZ and enjoying every minute of it. Scored on my Turn 8.
2nd half, Bill receives. His GRs squeak by my waning defenses. I don't think I managed to pick up the ball for the rest of the 2nd half. Wish I had saved some RRs. They disappeared but fast. He scored again after I fumbled. (and yes I protected the ball) I receive again and fumble again. He gets it again and scores. I receive again. This time we fight over it during injury time. Who knows what would have happened had I picked up the ball...
Nasty game. Same SPP totals for both teams. Bill got the win. I got the shaft on CAS seriousness. I did pull a skill though and got more CAS. Couldn't buy anyone.
I just pray that in the next round, the halflings get trounced.”
