“Paul opened up the game with one of his trade mark fouls that put a Block/Guard beast on the BH bench from turn one. That was just an early omen of what would be one of the biggest dice-slaughterfests in the history of the Smiles. AV 8 acted like tin foil while Beasts went surfing on the big one and at the end of the 1st half the score was 1-0 and 4 BH and a MNG had been dealt - Odi finally earning his first skill. 2nd half was to be no pretty sight either as a Perfect Defence messed up the Whaatzik game-plans completely and demoralized the opposing coach greatly and thus saw the fall of game plans and another TD for the Smiles (as well as another BH beast).
Then it was a mere question of picking up the pieces and make it 3-0.
Oh, did I mention that an OFAB roll was missed on perhaps 2 occasions? No? Well - that was the case and even one of them was RR.
Thanks to amisnaru for keeping that smile on his face (even if it may only have been virtual). I'd say better luck next time but that goes without saying =)
PS. As predicted by my dear opponent the MVP went to the MNG'ed Khalif who will however return with a new skill in a game or two.
“Well, what can I say. Sometimes you have Fun with Goats, sometimes not. :)
Thanks anyway to RedFish, with more evened up luck the game would have been much more interesting. No blaming luck though, Nuffles ways are undiscovered.
Cheers.”
