“The first half was plain ugly for both sides... lots of failed dodges by the lizardmen, double skulls all over the place, etc.
The second half got a bit better for the honoured Nobelists... most 2-die blocks resulted in knockdowns, and Wild Animal traps worked reasonably well. Unfortunately, the Dalai Lama's non-violent methods backfired on him, as instead of taking a chance for a 2-die block against the rat ogre, he elected to let the opponent be the aggressor, resulting in a serious injury which will keep him out against the next (norsemen) opponents.”
