“What a slop fest !!! Pouring rain and both teams looked like Orcs trying to handle the ball.

On paper, I still think I have the better team. But on the field I got outcoached in this one. Several times after picking up the loose ball I tried to fling it downfield into safety only to have it picked off or fumbled.

The highlight of the game was Logansama stalling at the end of the half (good coaches don't need to stall) only to have his ball carrier go Skull/Skull/Pow Skull while trying to simultaneously push me out of the back of the end zone.

Needless to say he wound up 1 yd short of a TD to end the half. So enraged was Logansama that he promised to "beat me up" in the 2nd half.

At 0-0 Mully received the 2nd half KO and failed to adequately protect the ball carrier (again) . After another wild scrum Vassals finally scored in turn 6 for as 1-0 lead.

With 0 re-rolls and 2 turns left Mully worked the ball down the sideline and completed a 3+, 3+, 2+ dodge into the endzone for the tie.

A rematch awaits.
